Probing Compliance with Children’s Human Rights

This research project aimed to provide up-to-date evidence about the barriers and tensions connected to children’s participation in family actions in Scotland, the implications these have on children’s human rights, and draw together ideas and international evidence about what solutions there may be for these.

We used this blog to document the progress of the research and as a repository for the briefings, reports and any other products from the research. We also use it to record our (and others) reflections on the challenges, as well as the ways that law and practice might change to help realise children’s participation rights in this arena.
